  Abbas Khan started AIFSO in 1962 with manufacturing capacity of 50 ovens per year and won several awards to be the SME businessman of the year in India. His Innovative ideas helped to scaling the business across all types of oven manufacturing such as Tunnel Ovens, Gas powered Oven, Electric Ovens, Fuel Oven, Direct forced convection, Drying Ovens, Tin Printing Ovens, etc. 

  Ilyas Abbas Khan led the Marketing Division since 1988. The father-son duo soon attained leadership in Industrial Oven manufacturing market. Through intensive Research & Development, Aifsocould manufacture and successfully commission more than 12000 Ovens globally. Due to expertise in oven manufacturing, Aifso started franchises for biscuit making.

  Capt. Faisal Khan, elder son of Ilyas Khan, joined the multi-venture corporation. His knowledge from being a professional pilot in California, USA led to expansion and venturing into related industries such as public infrastructure. During this time oven manufacturing capacity increased to double for catering to the growing demand. The product range expanded besides Ovens, included pre-baking, post-baking and ancillary equipment. Additionally a R&D division, Annual Maintenance Division comprising of competent experts in the field

 He also led the corporation into public infrastructure projects, Commercial Housing construction, Large scale metal scrap management and large scale scrap import
